Had a girls’ night out with my mom tonight. We got mani/pedi-cures, which if anyone knows me, is a first! I don’t like people touching my nails or clipping them for me or anything of that sort. Didn’t like it as a kid, but it was ok tonight. My experience was fun and relaxing. Even the waxing wasn’t all that bad. The manicurist was funny and lively and “the best,” as she said so herself.

Without some push from the sister, I probably wouldn’t have gone. So thanks sista’, I may actually do it again.
