Maybe it’s my coffee addiction that’s encouraging all this baking. Maybe it’s the snow and cold temperatures. Maybe I’ve been listening to too much Britney Spears and it’s bringing out the nurturer in me. Naahhh…

It’s pumpkin bread and it’s delightful! (Delightful?!) I followed the same recipe as the banana nut bread only I added pumpkin pie spices (nutmeg, ginger, cinnamon, allspice) and extra cinnamon to it, and of course, instead of bananas, a 15 oz can of pumpkin.

I love the orangey color the pumpkin gives to this bread.

Now stare at this picture and try to inhale the pumpkin and spice aromas. I’ma go eat it now.
