The first time blooming since we got it so it’s a bigger deal. There’s another bud right above it but it’ll be a while before that one will be ready to open.

    purty. i wish i had a green thumb. can’t even get a stubborn african violet to re-bloom. :| but, it hasn’t died yet, and the leaves are healthy, so i guess that’s a start.

    Yeah, I wish that too, especially with the orchids. They can be temperamental flowers.
